Terms of sale

These terms cover buying and using ReelEstateStudio by MN ("the studio"), sold by Maria Nieto ("I", "me"). By buying it, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose.
What you're buying
A one-time license to download and use the studio on your own computer: the looks, effects, setup files and setup lessons. It's $97, paid once. There's no subscription from me. Payment is handled by Whop.
What you need, and pay for, separately
The studio runs inside Claude, made by Anthropic. You need your own Claude Pro plan (about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic) and a Mac with an Apple chip. Your use of Claude follows Anthropic's own terms. I don't control Claude, and features or prices on Anthropic's side can change.
Setup help and refunds
Because the studio is a digital download, sales are final, with one exception: if the studio won't set up on your Mac, email hello@reelestatestudiobymn.com or message me on Instagram within 14 days of buying. We'll try to fix it together on a short screen-share call. If we still can't get it running, I'll refund you in full.
Before buying, you confirm that you have a Mac with an Apple chip (M1 or newer) and a Claude Pro plan. Refunds aren't given for computers that don't meet these requirements, or for change of mind. If you get a refund, your access to the lessons, updates and new looks on Whop ends.
How you can use it
- Use it for your own videos, and for videos you make for your own clients, team or brokerage.
- One license is for one person. Please don't share, resell or re-upload the studio files or lessons.
- The videos you make are yours.
Your content is your responsibility
You're responsible for what you film and post, including getting permission from people who appear in your videos and following the advertising rules that apply to you, like showing your brokerage name. The studio helps with privacy and brokerage reminders, but it doesn't give legal advice, and you should check every video before you post it.
Updates
New looks and fixes are included as I release them. I may change or retire features over time.
No guarantees on results
I can't promise views, leads or sales. The studio is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for it.
