Your reelcut, titled, on brand

You already have the footage. The editing is what eats your week.

  • ✓It picks the best moments and cuts the dead air, the shaky turns and the shots with other people in them.
  • ✓It writes the on-screen words and the hook, and you approve or change them.
  • ✓Captions are always on, in your fonts and colors.
  • ✓You still add your trending sound in the app and your final touches in CapCut.
Sound like you?

You love the job. You don't love the editing.

✕You filmed the whole showing and never posted it.
✕Your camera roll is full of walk-throughs from listings that already sold.
✕You spend your night editing instead of following up with clients.
✕Your reels look basic next to the big teams, and you can't say why.
✕You opened CapCut, got tired, and quit halfway.
✕You'd hire an editor, just not at $50 a reel, every reel.

It was never your talent. It's the hours. That's the part this takes off your plate.

How it works

Four steps. You approve three of them.

Every step is a preview with buttons, never a blank box asking what to type.

Step 1

Drop your clips

AirDrop or upload what you filmed, plus a line or two: the building, the price, the offer, a link.

Two minutes
Step 2

Approve the storyboard

Card: amenities, pool and spa Card: inside the unit Card: bay views

One card per shot, with the words on it. Swap a shot or fix a word.

You approve
Step 3

Watch the draft

A phone-sized draft lands on your phone. Ask for changes in your own words, even by voice note.

You approve
Step 4

Export and post

Final files in every size, with a cover, a caption and hashtags written for you.

You approve

Ask for changes like you'd text your assistant.

No editing words to learn. A few things realtors type:

  • "blur the lockbox"
  • "make the price bigger"
  • "cut the part where my client talks"
  • "put the address up top"
  • "slow down on the view"
  • "make it feel more luxury"
  • "hide the unit number"
  • "a pop on every feature"
  • "under 30 seconds"
  • "add my brokerage at the end"
  • "use my voiceover, not the showing audio"
  • "save this as my style"
Looks

Pick a look. Your brand fills it in.

A look is a whole edit: fonts, where the words sit, pace, motion and sounds. Set your colors and logo once and every look uses them. See the effects →

Tour Ready

Listings, rentals, "what $X gets you". Shows sellers how you'd market their home. Big white words, one word in color.

Pro Tip Ready

You on camera, explaining. Checklists that tick in as you talk.

Vlog Ready

Day in the life, with a little humor. Big white words and (funny asides).

Made for realtors

It knows the rules of your business.

Your clients stay private

Showing audio is replaced with your voiceover or text by default, so unit numbers, names and price talk never go public. Other people get cut out.

Your brokerage, on by default

Florida generally requires the brokerage name on real estate ads. It's on unless you and your broker turn it off.

Offers done right

Free months and credits get an end date and "terms apply" on screen, and you confirm the terms before export.

Your originals are safe

Your clips are never changed or deleted, and every version is kept, so you can always go back.

About me

I sell homes. I never planned to edit videos.

I'm a realtor in Miami. Between showings, open houses and clients texting at 10pm, I was spending one to three hours editing every reel. Half my showing clips never made it to Instagram.

Video is how buyers, sellers and renters find you now, so I tried every app I could find. Each one meant plugging in another tool or downloading five different things. Most agents I know aren't tech savvy, and they shouldn't have to be.

So I made the editor I wanted: film the showing, send the clips, approve, post. Made for real estate, for agents who'd rather be with their clients than inside an editing app.

My own reels on @maria.nieto.realestate_ are made this way now.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know how to edit?

No. You film, you approve, you post. Every step is a preview with buttons. If you want to change something, you say it in your own words.

Can I still finish it in CapCut?

Yes. You get a regular MP4 and a captions file, so you can open it in CapCut and add your final touches.

What about music?

Videos export without music by default, so you can add a trending sound inside Instagram or TikTok. Sound effects are built in.

What do I need to film?

Just your phone. Walk-throughs, you talking to camera, or both. Long takes and short clips both work.

What do I need?

A Mac with an Apple chip, Claude Pro ($20 a month, paid to Anthropic), your phone and about 15 GB of free space. The full list is in What you need.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay $97 once and keep it. The only monthly cost is your own Claude Pro plan.

What if it won't set up on my Mac?

Message me on Instagram and we'll fix it together on a quick screen-share call. If we still can't get it running on your Mac, you get a full refund within 14 days of buying.

Does it work on Windows?

Not yet. It's built and tested on Macs with an Apple chip (M1 or newer). Windows PCs, older Intel Macs, iPads and Chromebooks aren't supported right now.

Will it post for me?

Not yet. You get the finished video with a caption and hashtags, ready to post on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
